Prior to founding SEA Equity, Tim was Vice President of M&A at NewGate Capital Partners, a Florida-based M&A Advisory firm where he worked with the partners in structuring and executing transactions within the lower middle market. Additionally, Tim spearheaded the launch of the firm's buy-side services, establishing and managing relationships with private equity groups nationwide, driving the firm's expansion. Tim has transacted in various industries including software, manufacturing, and business services. He also has experience in producing and directing content for independent brands and small businesses. Born in London, England, Tim studied Economics at Rollins College where he was also a member of the NCAA soccer team

Prior to founding SEA Equity, Mitch was Senior Analyst at Concise Capital, a Florida-based credit hedge fund with $500M in assets under management, where he worked with the principals in the analysis of short duration high yield bonds. Mitch led the coverage of ~$150M worth of capital of investors such as family offices and European pension funds. Mitch also worked as a consultant for an asset manager in GP stakes, where he assisted with strategic initiatives, such as capital formation and product development for existing partners, and origination of new partners. Mitch has project management and financing experience in film production. Born in Essex, England, Mitch studied Finance at Barry University where he also captained the NCAA soccer team​
